What Can You Get Done in 15 Minutes?

Yeah, seriously.

I know it’s not a lot of time—that’s the point.

It’s not so much about what you can FINISH, but what can you START?

What has been hanging over you, or something you’ve wanted to do and felt overwhelmed?

Can you outline a creative project, make a phone call, exercise, meditate, read one chapter…

The list goes on.

Just decide. And then: do it. And do it again. And again. And again.

That is how you build momentum, and how you make progress.

Bit by bit, baby step by baby step.

Hundreds of seemingly inconsequential parts strung together to create something massively awesome.

Do this every day, and in weeks, you’ll be amazed at what you’ve accomplished.

Do this for months, and you won’t recognize your life in a year. :)

Pretty cool, huh?

From the road…

Nathan

p.s. I was waiting for a video I’m working on, and I had about 15 minutes—so I knocked out this post. Speed of Implementation, baby! :)

p.p.s. I’m going to Sayulita, Mexico (near Puerta Vallarta) on Friday for 2 weeks, before more traveling. Never been. Visiting friends and can NOT wait!

p.p.p.s. I’m doing more Optimal Living Coaching (getting your life on track in whatever area you want: nutrition, productivity, etc.)—if you think this might be for you, get in touch and we’ll see if it’s a match.
