And…. we’re back!

on Big Island!

Hi Every-body! (oh, …)

Well technically I’ve been back (“online”) since the beginning of the year, but I’m finally getting around to updating the site! :)

This will be a simple post—more to get me over the “oh no it’s been so long, I’m starting to get nervous about posting again” anxieties.

I didn’t plan anything profound; this is just to get me back in the game.

I definitely loved my time offline, and my time in Hawaii (in fact, I’m still here, writing this post from on the Big Island)! I was fortunate to island hop around Kauai, Maui, and Oahu before this, taking in sights, hiking, having fun, and relaxing. It’s been very awesome.

Not sure when I’m going back to the mainland, but I sense the time is near.

I’ve also been thinking lots on this year and what I want to do.

Funny enough, writing and this blog never make the top of my lists. Interesting, huh?

And at the same time, I know there’s much I’m excited about and want to share. There’s gotta be a balance. I guess we’ll see how this pans out in the weeks ahead.

Unsure of when the next blog post will be… and I’m OK with that. :)

This week is also quite busy: I’m TA’ing a GREAT immersion class: Mastin Kipp’s (from The Daily Love) Love Uni-versity: Discover Your Soul’s Goals for 2013. I *highly* recommend you check it out.

Mastin dropped some fantastic wisdom today, and a sliver of it really hit home for me (well, a virtual home): that we all need CERTAINTY and UNCERTAINTY in our lives. I think I’ve been living with too much uncertainty (where I’m staying, eating, how I’m making money, etc.), and it’s caused me a great deal of stress over the last several months. Now some uncertainty I (and others) thrive on: I love the adventure and what will be new, but I’ll be working on bringing in more certainty to balance things out.

So yeah: awesome class. Check it out and sign up if you think it’s right for you.

Happy January to all of you!

And if there’s anything I can support you with, just let me know! :)

Nathan
